The after words..
Thanks to the dead smart phone, i was able to enjoy my ride from the chateauform to home last night.
Indeed, if my phone weren't dead i'd be drowned into it and care less to what was happening outside.
The ambiance was magnificent. I passed the invalides park, crossing the bridge pont de l'alma, grand palais in my right and palais de la decouverte in my left, along with the falling autumn leaves, and the city lights which never seem to loosing its brightness.
(Hello nuclear power!)
I wasn't in my top performance, had a short sleep the night before, going through a medical check up in the morning, and ran to this group seminar where i had to present in a workshop to cover my sick boss (get well soon, boss!).
Thank God for uber, i could sit back and relax during my way home and made a few reflections on what's been happening lately.
The driver was quiet. He opened the window just a bit allowing me to breath the fresh air inside his mazda 6 comfortable car.
A short 30 minutes ride from paris to home, and it was one of the best rides i've ever had.
