when the temptation for a cigarette comes, some things that can avoid you from smoking a free garpit offered by a friend are:

receiving pictures of your nephew from your dad with supplementary notes "he can stand up by himself!"














receiving a call from your cherised one and having him said "don't get stressed out dear, let me be the one who's stressed here"
