february's on my mind
been more than 2 weeks since last post.
life's been good. work starts to require more energy than before, which is great cause i get to have more exposure, more challenge..in other words: more stress, more problem, more "not so easy" interfaces with people :)
there's a fun thing took place last weekend. i was asked to see the newly constructed platforms (which i was involved in the basic design) and also the load out process of these platforms. i was strucked (in a positive way offcourse). The mixed emotion of looking at some things you could only imagine previously through engineering documents, 3d models, etc.. are standing there in front of you. the result of hard work! congrats to my friends at this project for making those imaginations come true.
and here i am, at the early stage to make MY platforms ready to operate Q3 2013. excited and nervous at the same time cause it's MY first time.
and i think this is the first time i say this outloud: i love my job. pilar, don't worry, i have tons of stories to share anytime you want son, anytime. i got hundreds of them already. i told you some of them already: like the big cranes we're using, the trucks, the boats, the steel, things which fascinate you in a second. later when you're bigger, i'll tell you more in detail, why mama's work require people who's good in math, science, or even economy and english :) and they went to good schools..and they studied really hard when they were in school..and everything's a result of a hard work..
ok, i start to ramble.
before finishing this post, a small note on our 4th anniversary this february. thank you God for this family, for my husband, my son, and the love we have up until today and forever. insya Allah.
