Yesterday, as we arrived home quite early and as our appointment with the obgyn got cancelled last minute, the kid was still on the couch and watching his fave jake and the pirates movie on tv. He looked tired as he went to painting course plus english course plus he had sport session at school in the morning. He didn't nap and chose to ride his bike while waiting for his afternoon meal and bath.
As usual, mama went crazy and demanded him to go to bed. Soft way didn't work and so i did it the hard way. I turned off the tv and he went crying all the way. Not so loud as he was too tired even to shout. He hugged me to bed while still crying and asked if he could still watch tv. Off course i said no and hugged him tight til he was asleep.
O baby i love you. Sometimes we feel we force you too much. You're just a 5 yo kid. You dont care if you're tired or not you just wanna have fun. It's just one of those days kid, things are brighter today.
