On weight issue
Sometimes the insecure are not yourself. They're the ones around you. Have a look at my case.
6 months ago when i started my weight loss program, they said "but you're not faaat!!!" My BMI was almost 24. I wasn't exactly fat, i was overweight.
3 months ago after my program ended, they said "but you're too skinny!!!" My BMI was - and still is - 20.6. If underweight definition is below 18 then i should be considered as JUST normal.
So the thing is: numbers don't lie. Rather than being bothered by what other people say, better trust the doctor. Listen to what they have to say regarding your health. Discuss with those who believe in and actually live a healthy life. Be nice to people who try to be nice with you by making unnecessary comments for they haven't understood (yet). I know some who converted ;)
Don't lie to yourself. Know your body. Don't be in denial when it actually starves or when it's giving a false alarm.
Implement punish and reward; just to get the balance.
If one day i (again) gain more and more kilograms, remind me i've written all that?!!
