End of 2011 Holiday

2 liburan di penghujung 2011 ini sudah di depan mata. Yang satu sudah direncanakan dari sejak lebaran lalu: Tour of Sumatera Barat, yang satu semi mendadak (yaah sebulan yg lalu deh direncanakannya) yaitu: Nginep di Lembang :)

Yang paling deket dulu ya.

Besok rencananya kakak Qistan mau disunat di bandung, dan lusa temen kuliah kami sekaligus temen kantor suami mau menikah di lembang. Biar ga ribet ke lembang lagi, kami putuskan untuk nginep di sana sekalian dari hari sabtu. Mau ngapain aja di lembang? Ga ada yg spesial sih. Tapi karena resepsinya baru jam 12.30 siang, mungkin paginya kita mau eksplor dikit daerah situ. Ada kampung gajah, ada tempat minum susu/yogurt/jagung bakar, ayam goreng brebes, tahu lembang, atau mau lanjut ke tangkuban parahu? Kita liat waktu dan energi yang tersedia ya, apalagi pilar baru sembuh batpil. Ga mau terlalu diforsir juga karena hari kamis depannya...

Kita mau Tour Sumatera Barat, dalam rangka napak tilas kampung suami :) Durasi tripnya 5 hari (termasuk penerbangan jakarta-padang-jakarta, dan perjalanan darat padang - bukittinggi - pasaman - bukittinggi - padang). Detil tempat yang akan dikunjungi sudah disiapkan, hotel sudah dibook, bis mini untuk menampung sekitar 20 orang peserta tur harusnya sudah oke juga. Seru ya?

Yang lain yang harus dipersiapkan?
- Pilar sudah bisa dibilang lulus toilet training. Pipis dan pup udah di toilet. Nah kalo kita naik bis dan lewat perkampungan yang ga jelas ada toilet ngganya, apakabar ya?

Bawa botol aqua kalo bocah kebelet pipis, checked.
Kalo mau pup dan ga bisa nahan? --> dipakein pospak dulu biar dia pup di pospak? atau bawa travelling potty? Masih punya 5 hari buat mikir...zzzzz...

- Karena kita bener2 nomaden, ga stay lebih dari 1 malam di 1 tempat, apakabar laundry?
--> bawa persediaan baju buat 5 hari full! Kebayang ga koper penuhnya kayak apa -_- Padahal rencananya pengen belanja juga di pasar atas bukit tinggi -_-

- Pilar punya kebiasaan sarapan sama honey stars. Dulu dia suka coco crunch, tapi karena pencetus batuk, diganti honey stars. Harus bawa persediaan buat 5 hari -_- Sebenernya bisa aja sih sarapan dengan apa yang ada di hotel. Ini lebih buat jaga2 aja kalo dia ga suka makanan hotel dan sekalian buat nyemil2 di jalan.

- Termasuk susu UHT plain. Takutnya di sana stok habis. Halo Ultrx Jayx! Demen amat sih stok UHT plain habis? -_- Diamonx to the rescue

- Makan makanan padang.. I think he'll be fine with it. Tentu saja pilih menu yg disesuaikan ya. Yang terlalu pedes akan dihindari. paling gule2an atau bakar2an deh. Dari beberapa kali tes dikasih makan balado, anaknya ga nolak, ga ada mencret, tapi emang minumnya jadi banyak :D Kekurangannya masakan padang sayurnya..ya gitu deh ya (bandingannya makanan sunda sih :P). Jadi mungkin bakal cari tambahan buah (duren dan nangka coret ya :P), cari yogurt, dan nyimpang beli sop KFC kalo nemu :) biar ga sembelit (ya anaknya, ya emaknya).

So far itu aja sih tambahan precautionsnya. Selebihnya berdoa dan jaga kesehatan biar perjalanannya selamat dan menyenangkan. Amin.

it means the kid will be 3 in 3 months, such a blessing.

his skill has improved in many ways. verbally, physically, and even behavior wise. i'm so proud.

some of them are:
speak a full sentence with hundreds of vocabs
speak with a melody, a nice one :)
fill the water in his own glass from a dispenser, drink neatly
toilet trained since he was 2,5 yo (not yet at nite though)
no more bottled milk since he was 2 yo
distinguish color properly since he was 2.5 yo
to our point of view, his behaviour is still ok to handle :)
not so much a tv or gadget kid (most probably because we're not so much gadget parents afterall), he enjoys books as much. and even if he watches tv..
he respects tv rule. when we say we will turn off the tv after the show's over and he's got to sleep, he sticks with it.
ask his mom how she's doing (as mentioned in previous post)
creating his own story while playing with his toys, or while observing images inside a book
curious about anything... welcome "what's this, what's that, and why" questions period from the kid :) he already knew the answer to some questions btw :)
...and more things i might forget

pilar, you think you could only please mama? we'll see some of your things which you need to improve ;)
running while eating, so hard to keep you sit still
still "nyonyon" mama even though i kept your hands off and told you many times only little babies can do that (nyonyon means touching my bra for comfort)
drawing on the blanket (with my lipstick!) or the wall, not on blackboards or papers T__T
you still don't like when me or teteh brush your teeth, we must struggle :D
push the water dispenser button with no glass on bottom! *just for the fun of it or for teasing me*
climbing the stairs running!
don't like to speak on the phone T__T mama miss u nak!
...and more things i might forget

all and all, i think we're on the right track son. don't you think? and most important, enjoy each day son! have fun!
