On weight issue

Sometimes the insecure are not yourself. They're the ones around you. Have a look at my case.
6 months ago when i started my weight loss program, they said "but you're not faaat!!!" My BMI was almost 24. I wasn't exactly fat, i was overweight.
3 months ago after my program ended, they said  "but you're too skinny!!!" My BMI was - and still is - 20.6. If underweight definition is below 18 then i should be considered as JUST normal.
So the thing is: numbers don't lie. Rather than being bothered by what other people say, better trust the doctor. Listen to what they have to say regarding your health. Discuss with those who believe in and actually live a healthy life. Be nice to people who try to be nice with you by making unnecessary comments for they haven't understood (yet). I know some who converted ;)
Don't lie to yourself. Know your body. Don't be in denial when it actually starves or when it's giving a false alarm.
Implement punish and reward; just to get the balance.

If one day i (again) gain more and more kilograms, remind me i've written all that?!!

Basic rule

My confidence level is 11 out of 10, 5 out of 4, i think i can rule the world kind of thing.
To calm me, it takes a husband just like mon mari, who's not exactly the opposite but let's say a lot more pragmatic than the drama moi :)

Some basic rules i shall obey, like it or not, in terms of my current obsession in running - or even in a larger scale - are:

Jangan berlebihan. In pace, distance, duration, frequency, .... i don't want you to get injured. Know your limit. Hmmm...at first, for someone like me who likes pushing myself to the limit, it's kind of boring don't you think? :) but after rethinking, 1 million times, he's got a point. What if i get injured and restraint me from running again? I would certainly hate the fact worse than limiting my running schedule.

Jangan pake baju sexy. No short, nothing above your knee basically, no sleeveless top, a size bigger top... :) traditional? Why don't i take it religiously? Sekalian aja :) so yes, sometimes i bargain. It feels less comfortable with long pants, hotter, bla to the bla. He will still say no. And i love him for that. Terima kasih ya :)

Jangan boros. It took me more than 3 months to finally buy my first proper running shoes. After series of negotiations, tarik ulur dan sejenisnya. He said he wanted to see how serious i was in running. He didn't want it to be just another impulsive thingies his wife's been good at :) ya panas lah istri ini. I gave him more than 100% to finally merit my shoes. The day i got them at 40% discount i almost cried. Beuuuh...

Well, he's sitting beside me now, working on something on sunday nite. This post is for you husband. Thank you for all of the above. Thank you for finally say yes to let me do the 10k of balimarathon on june :) (*)

(*) sebenernya ini alesan utamanya sih. Hihihi... minta dijitak.
Love you much!

Bizztrips

I'm never used to it and i never will be. Each time i sleep alone it's a torture and i kid you not. No 5 star hotel bed could ever compete the comfort of having you two next to me.
So boys, I will make the best out of each trip. To come home safe with tons of stories to share and why not a better self.
May the force from The Above be with us always.
And so the free hi speed internet connection.
