35

I told him have a nice sleep before he went to bed as i was putting Iris to bed as well.
Then a knock on our bedroom door and there he stood, bringing a bouquet of red roses and said, "happy birthday, mom".

I was so surprised i almost cried. The first time i got flowers from my boys since forever and it's my dear son who gave them. I know husband is behind all this and he wouldn't himself give me the flowers (no worries, dear!).

Tonight i'm happy. Just happy. I'm 35 years now and life couldn't be better. I had my insecurities, my worries, my fears, but tonight i won't let them take a control of me.

Happy birthday, me!

On my dream last night

So we said we wanted to have a birthday vacation for my upcoming birthday this weekend. Kind of impulsive and last minute thing since everyone in the country must think of profiting the last days of summer (or early days of autumn) somewhere nice.
Offcourse everything is fully booked.
I want to stay in a farm cottage soooo bad...that it crossed my dream last night. Sigh..maybe next year 😢😢😢

Vivement la rentrée (3)

Well, me too! It's my first day at nanny's place after summer holiday.

There's a new park right next to her apartment so i go there every day in the afternoon while waiting for mama to pick me up on her way home from the office.

I'm the biggest now in the troop since the boys have left for school this september.

I didn't cry on my first day. Memelle said i behaved well, finished my meal and nap on my own in my own bed. Mama's proud :)

Vivement la rentrée (2)

While this young man, he's a first grader now. First day was tough as he went the wrong class (again), couldn't find his school equipment, and none of the supervisors heated his meal during lunch 😢

Second day went smooth(er)..and the rest of the year will be better ☺

Semangat kakak!

Vivement la rentrée

I might not kill the presentation..
There were moments where i got my tongue stucked and my mind frozen for several seconds..
It was the first time i present to someone that important in a context where i'm not 100% comfortable.
But alhamdulillah anyway, both my tongue and mind cooperated after certain time. The project is sealed which was the most important thing.
I'll be better insya Allah.
